I took my car for an inspection and this was the first time visiting Carlton’s. I had to have a part that was going to be an expensive one and they took the time to look around for the cheapest part they could find and told me what it was called so I could do my own research as well. I was able to get the part myself and they got me in the next morning right away and got my inspection sticker on. I will be a forever costumer from that alone but the woman at the front was so helpful and sweet and made it easy to trust after having so many bad experiences with other mechanics, and that sealed the deal! I’ve been going to Carltons Auto Service for a few years now, and they have phenomenal customer service. They will have you in and out in a timely manner. They pay attention to detail and keep you up to date with new oil changes, tire rotations, etc. If you ever have any questions they will have the answer.

I am first time car owner of an older car so I was a little unsure about what exactly I needed done. She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. Pricing was very affordable.
